Originally the old Anderson Creek Firehouse, Firehouse Kids Dentistry was renovated into a Firehouse themed pediatric dental clinic located by Overhills Schools, 8 minutes northeast of Fort Liberty. As a pediatric dental clinic, we focus on preventive care to help each child develop healthy habits and have a healthy smile that will last a lifetime. Our team is committed to family-oriented dental care, and we encourage parents to play an active role in their child’s oral health
Meet Your Dentist
Dr. Vissichelli Retired from the Army as a Colonel after 23 years of active-duty service. While stationed at Ft. Liberty (Ft. Bragg) Dr. Vissichelli was the AEGD Pediatric Instructor for military dentist. Dr. Vissichelli believes it’s important to stay current on the evolving research, treatment philosophies, practices, and standards in pediatric dentistry. Dr. Vissichelli transformed the old Anderson Creek Firehouse into a pediatric dental clinic where children look forward to coming to the dentist. Dr. Vissichelli is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. His philosophy with dental care is simple: “Treat the child, not just the teeth” His goal is to provide comprehensive care to all patients while building their self-esteem and self-confidence.

This place wins 100% in my opinion, phone goes straight to a human, check in super simple, tablet like toys in waiting room for kids to play games, friendly staff, who are patient and kind. Accepts tricare (United Concordia) and super clear about treatment plans, how to achieve things your child needs, and the “prize wall” at the end was super encouraging for my child!!
